What are our duties to Each Other...

While under a Buyer Agreement with Choice Realty, as your Buyer Consultant 
our duties will include:

• Confidentiality

• Expert guidance & advice about the resale potential of the home(s) that you are interested in

• Thorough and professional contract negotiation from start to finish and inspection negotiation to ensure repairs are completed

• Closing set-up, advice and review of HUD1 settlement statement

While under a Buyer Agreement with Choice Realty, your duties will include:

• Advising others that you are represented by Choice Realty as a client, this includes, all agents and sellers, including For Sale by Owners.

• You will preview the homes exterior and neighborhood prior to us scheduling an inside showing.

• You will have reasonable intent to purchase a home in good faith. This means you will give us true & accurate information and you will get pre-qualified by a mortgage lender. You will also have down payment & other documents required by mortgage lender.
